We are so excited to be offering 60 min, instructor led CrossFit and Yoga classes for folks stuck at home! New to CrossFit and/or Yoga, no problem! Each class features a guided warm-up, comprehensive movement review, and small group coaching. We promise to make sure you receive lots of feedback and keep ya safe while you amp up your at-home fitness game! You can opt for our limited equipment track if you have a few dumbbells lying around, or our no equipment track if you don’t! Either way, we guarantee you’ll get a great workout. See below for our list of class times. And, if you have a kiddo missing sports practice, we are offering 30 minute sessions Monday to Friday for them too!
