Our small group fundamentals program will help you build a solid foundation.
This Crossfit program is designed to help familiarize you with basic CrossFit movements and lifts, proper and safe techniques, and class structure. If you are new to CrossFit we recommend 3, 1 hour long fundamentals classes to confidently and safely transition into our daily programming.
