FINISH THE WOD (or leave if you need to – there is no time cap today).
Work with a partner and go “I go”, “You go” so partner 1 does 6 deadlifts, then partner 2 does 6 deadlifts then partner 1 does 6 burpees, then partner 2 does 6 burpees, etc.
You can only use one bar for all 3 lifts.
Sub for muscle-ups is 4 chin-ups + 4 push-ups.
