50 Handstand Push-Ups
L1: 600 Singles, Crunches, Dumbbell Strict Press
L2: 300 Speed Steps, V-ups, (35/25)
L4: 53/35 for squats, 20/14 for v-ups, Rx HSPU
Divide reps as desired. Please wipe any shared equipment down between uses.

Have athletes grab a light-weight dumbbell, then . . .
10 Split Jerks (opposite hand, opposite foot)
10 Presses in Active Lunge Position
10 Knee Touches (dumbbell over head)
Repeat on side 2
Then, perform a few wrist stretches and warm-up athletes’ front rack position.
