Every minute constitutes a round. If you get caught, lose that minute and continue moving at the top of the next minute. Score is total number of successful rounds with 18 being the best possible score.
Starting at 40%, perform 1 rep every minute, on the minute till you hit failure. Take 15-20 attempts.
