With hands in a supinated grip, perform designated reps. Grip will likely be narrower.
Take 15 min to build to a heavy set.

300 Double Unders
50 Squat Snatches (95/65)
250 M Overhead Dumbbell Carry (50/35) (to second stop sign and back to light pole)
30 Min Cap.
Partition as desired. One partner works at a time. Must complete entire exercise before moving on to next.
