Perform 10 reps, then without putting the bar down, transition to Push Press and perform as many reps as possible. Build in weight each set.
Rest 1 min, then perform . . .
Handstand Push-ups (Max-Max-Max-Max-Max)
Rest 90 sec to 2 min, then go back to shoulder press. Repeat for 5 sets. Record WORST set.
