6-8 Ring Dips (weighted if possible)
8-10 Inverted Bar Rows
10- 12 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Lunges (increasing weight)
Stay at same weight on dips. Try to get all 8 in a row. If you do not, stay at that weight the next time we do this. If you do, increase weight next time.
