Reverse Grip Bench Press (5-5-5-5-5-5)
With hands in a supinated grip, perform designated reps. Grip will likely be narrower.
Build to heavy. Immediately after each set, perform a max effort set of chin-ups. Record best set, below. Rest 60-90 seconds after chin-ups and repeat.
Chin-Ups (Max- Max-Max-Max-Max-Max)
Using a supinated grip, pull chin over bar and lower to full arm extension.
After each set of Muscle Ups, Perform . . .
7 Power Cleans (135/95)
7 Bar Facing Burpees
7 Reverse Lunges (per leg, bar in front rack)
24 Min Cap.
Sub for Muscle Ups = 2:1 Ring Rows + 2:1 Push-Ups so for 5, you would perform 10 ring rows and 10 push-ups, for 4, 8 and 8, etc.
