High Hang Clean + Below Knee Hang Clean (3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1)
Deadlift bar then bend knees to reach high hang start position. Perform hang clean with full squat, then lower to below knee (shoulders in front of bar – finish of first pull/lift off position) and perform a squat clean.

Take 20 min on this. Take % off full clean, below. All cleans are squat cleans.
