If you show up today without a water bottle, and do not consume the entire thing, or two or three, while you are in the gym, Amy will be sending you home, lovingly of course. It is HOTTTTTT and we can’t have anyone passing out so hydrate like crazy and prepare to sweat.

Bench Press (8-8-8-8-8)
Perform 6-8 reps AHAP at 61X1 tempo, then rest 30 seconds and perform a set of max, unbroken ring dips, then rest 90 sec. Goal is to stay at same weight for all sets of bench press. If you complete all 8 reps every time, go up in weight the next time we perform this rep scheme.
