Hang Snatch (below knee) + Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3)
Lift bar from ground to hips, then lower to just below knee (position bar should be in after first pull or lift off), perform 1 full squat snatch, stand up and without moving your feet, perform 1 more Overhead Squat.
50% x 3
60% x 3
70% x 3
75% x 3
75% x 3
75% x 3
Take % off full snatch, below. Take 15-20 min on this.
