In teams of 3, perform 5 rounds for time of:
90 Double Unders
60 Air Squats
30 Power Cleans (135/95)
15 Strict Pull-Ups
25 Min Cap.
This is the first ever wod we performed at CFSDT, on 2/1/2018. Not a soul finished the RX version, but we had a great time doing it and today is your chance to get it done.
