With legs straight, hinge at hips and lower bar till torso is parallel to floor, return to standing.
Perform 6 sets of 10, building in weight.
After each set, perform 10 hamstring curls either with a partner (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDMXUOeJPo0) or on the GHD machine. Rest 1 min after each set.
